  FAQ

I was born in South Africa and have lived in Ottawa since 1985. In my clinical training I concentrated on humanistic and existential psychology. My research has been in the area of intimate relationships, particularly where one or both partners have a history of trauma. I have been working as a licensed clinical psychologist since 1998 and in the last few years I have concentrated on working with couples, or adults with relational problems. I enjoy working with both straight and gay couples. I also have experience in helping people deal with family conflict situations where I might see siblings or a parent and an adult child. I am trained in the use of EMDR.
