I provide psychotherapy services for issues related to various forms of trauma and abuse, interpersonal relationships, depression, anxiety, stress management, anger management, grief and loss, substance use, self-esteem, self-identity, self-harm, depression, anxiety and more. I work with adults (18+) and elders (65+).
