Danielle Caron

MACP., RP(Q)

Whether you want to make a change in your life, have an important decision to make, or need to be accompanied and supported in dealing with a past or present challenge, including grief and loss, you are not alone.  Hope and a safe, non-judgmental and supportive space can help. My goal is to provide you with that space and work with you to achieve your goal(s). I offer bilingual services and use a holistic and customized integrative approach that combines Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Ego-State Therapy, Emotion-focused Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Narrative Exposure Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, and other trauma-focused interventions to best meet your needs.  I provide psychotherapy services for issues related to various forms of trauma and abuse, interpersonal relationships, depression, anxiety, stress management, anger management, grief and loss, substance use, self-esteem, self-identity, self-harm, depression, anxiety and more.  I work with adults (18+) and elders (65+).

Life can be challenging and sometimes we just need that extra help.  Reaching out for it is the first step in your journey towards recovery or in obtaining the change you seek.  It would be my privilege to accompany you on that journey.
