I work with individuals who have experienced trauma and sexual abuse, as well as a wide variety of presenting issues such as depression, anxiety, mood disorders, panic, stress, shame, low self-esteem, gender and sexuality issues, interpersonal relationship difficulties, and more.
Every person is unique and has different goals and needs in therapy. I use a variety of trauma-informed approaches including Narrative Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Mindfulness, Somatic Approach, and Emotionally-Focused Therapy. My therapeutic style is adaptive based on your needs.
