Virtual Yoga, Mindfulness for the Sunday Blues, 

with instructor Lea Sutherland

We are pleased to announce our second virtual yoga event, hosted by Lea Sutherland.

Feeling the Sunday Blues? Join us for some slow and let go yoga movements. This gentle combo of active stretches combined with longer holds will target the lower back and hips for the ultimate stress release of the deeper tissues. This mindful yoga event is exactly what you need to bring you to a cool calm for the week ahead!

The event is to help raise funds for the Centre for Treatment of Sexual Abuse and Childhood Trauma (CTSACT). There is no charge to attend this event but donations are greatly appreciated; for every $10.00 donated, one ballot will be entered into a draw under the donator's name for the chance to win a prize.

CTSACT strives to enhance the health and well-being of all people and our broader community through responsible and effective programs in education, research and advocacy, and counselling. After 29 years in the community, CTSACT has become a strong foundation in service delivery, and a leader in the field of trauma.
